Fern is a furniture and lighting design studio based in New York’s Hudson River Valley devoted to producing modern heirlooms through a deep commitment to craft, material integrity and timeless design.
Founded in 2009 by Jason Roskey in Brooklyn, Fern now operates from a studio and workshop in Hudson, NY, continuing the region’s long tradition of quality furniture making. Every piece is designed by Roskey and produced in-house by a team of skilled makers, with an emphasis on customization and refined forms. Fern works closely with a network of domestic suppliers and fabricators to create singular pieces for residential and commercial clients.
